What's included in the price?

Each package includes all the items listed in its description — from edited digital photos and online gallery access to the relevant usage license. VAT is included for EU clients; non-EU clients may be exempt.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer a 50% deposit to confirm your booking and the balance due one week before your session. For Wedding Collection bookings a three-instalment plan is also available — please mention it when you inquire.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the session receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit, but we will happily reschedule once at no charge if notified at least 72 hours in advance.

Are travel costs included?

Sessions within the Taormina area are included in the package price. Travel to locations outside Taormina (including Lake Como or other Italian regions) may incur an additional travel fee, which will be quoted before booking.

How long until I receive my photos?

Edited galleries are delivered within 7–10 business days for standard sessions and within 14 business days for Wedding Collection. Rush delivery (48-hour turnaround) is available as a paid add-on for non-wedding sessions.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher package up to 48 hours before your session. Simply contact us and we will apply the price difference. Downgrades are not available after the deposit has been paid.
